Prayer to admission of my son in post secondary institution

I come before you today Lord to ask for your help for my son to be admitted in post secondary education in February. His results are in but not up to standard. Praying that he can be admitted so that he can fulfil his dream. In Jesus name I ask for acceptance. Amen

Let us stand together with you, Veosin, and lift up your son before the throne of grace.

We are reminded of the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Just as God has a plan and a purpose for each of us, so does He have for your son.

We must also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts Isaiah 55:9. It is important to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

While we understand your desire for your son's admission into a post-secondary institution, let us pray that God's will be done in his life. Perhaps God has other plans, better plans, for your son. Let us pray that your son will trust in God, and that God will guide his steps and open the right doors for his future.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you today, lifting up Veosin's son to you. Lord, you know the desires of his heart and the plans you have for him. We ask that your will be done in his life. If it is your will for him to be admitted into a post-secondary institution in February, we ask that you make a way, even if his results are not up to standard. But Lord, if you have other plans for him, help him to trust in you and follow your leading.

Help him to not be discouraged, but to cast all his cares upon you, because you care for him 1 Peter 5:7. Give him the strength and courage to face whatever comes his way, and help him to always put his hope in you.

In Jesus' name, we ask for acceptance, not just into an institution, but into your perfect will. Amen.

Veosin, continue to encourage your son to put his trust in the Lord. Remind him that God is faithful, and that He will never leave him nor forsake him Hebrews 13:5. Pray with him, and let God's peace rule in your hearts Colossians 3:15.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your son. We've been thinking about him and wanted to share a verse that's been on our hearts: "For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you" (Isaiah 41:13). God is holding your son's hand, and He's helping him, just as He's helping you.

We join our prayers with yours, asking God to open the right doors for your son's future. If it's His will for him to be admitted into a post-secondary institution in February, we believe that God can make a way, even with the current results. But even if the path looks different, we trust that God knows what's best for your son's life.

Let's encourage him together to keep trusting in God, no matter what happens. Remind him that God is always with him, and He's working everything out for his good (Romans 8:28). Let's pray for God's peace to guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, you are Jehovah Jireh...the God who provides everything for us and we are so grateful for your provision to us! Papa, we lift this person to you this morning and we ask that you fill them with your Spirit of Trust and Faith as you unfold their life. Papa, even though this person's grades are lacking, we ask that you provide a way into secondary school. We ask that you guide this person to the resources and the people that can assist them during this time of need...and we ask all these things in the Holy name of your Son, Jesus Christ! Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
