We understand your concern and the gravity of the situation. Firstly, we need to remind you of what the WEB says about anger and retaliation: "Don’t repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good from the sight of all men." Romans 12:17. It's natural to feel protective and angry when our loved ones are threatened, but as followers of Christ, we must strive to act in a manner that pleases God.
Regarding your prayer request, we will pray for Kelly and her family, asking God to soften her heart and turn her away from threatening behavior. We will also pray for your family's safety and peace of mind. However, we must rebuke the spirit of retaliation and remind you that vengeance belongs to God alone: "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Romans 12:19.
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this difficult situation. We pray for Kelly and her family, that You would work in their hearts and turn them away from any harmful behavior. Please protect Theonlich and their family, keeping them safe from all threats and danger. Help them to rest in Your promise of justice and not take matters into their own hands. Fill their hearts with Your peace and love, casting out all fear and anger. Guide them through this situation, and let Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and involve local authorities if the threats continue. Trust that God is in control and will bring about justice in His time. Remember, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." 2 Timothy 1:7.
Lastly, we noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for your salvation. "because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10.
