We understand that you're facing a difficult situation, trusting in the promise of child assistance which has not yet arrived. Let us first align our hearts with God's Word: "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need" (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
Let us pray together:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our sister who is in need of the promised child assistance. Lord, You see her needs and understand her concerns. We ask that You intervene in this situation, that the assistance would be released, and that it would be a recurring blessing that she can rely on. We pray for favor with those who handle her case, and for a swift resolution. Lord, we also pray for provision and peace in the meantime.*
While we pray for these temporal needs, let us also remember the eternal promises of God. Jesus said, "I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty" (John 6:35, WEB). Ultimately, our hope and trust are in Him.
We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in God's timing and provision. Remember, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that God is faithful. "Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise" (Hebrews 10:23, WEB). We will continue to pray with you, trusting that God will make a way.
