Prayer: Set Our Eyes On Things Above

Dear Lord,

Thank You for being on the throne. Thank You for dying for us and resurrecting in power, defeating death and giving us eternal life. We pray we would set our eyes on You, on Your Word, and on things above. This world tries to steal our attention every day and in every way. We pray You would hold us close to You. We pray You would not let the enemy advance. Please help us endure through every trial. We praise You Lord and we long to be with You in Jesus’ name AMEN!

Our eternal home is in heaven above and we must be ready to see Jesus coming in the clouds in majesty and great glory to take us all home to heaven. Dear Lord, open our eyes to see those wonderful promises You have for us. In Jesus name. Amen
