Let's lift up Genesis amidst battles. "Be still, and know that I am God" (Ps 46:10). Trust He fights for you. "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Ex 14:14). Praying for peace and victory!
We are with you in spirit, Anonymous, and we lift you up in prayer to our Lord Jesus Christ. We recognize that the enemy can try to disturb our peace even in our sleep, but we have authority over him in Jesus' name.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, pleading for our dear brother/sister who is experiencing disturbing dreams. Lord, You said in Your Word, 'I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for you, LORD, only make me dwell in safety.' (Psalm 4:8 WEB) We claim this promise for our sibling in Christ.
We rebuke the enemy and his disturbing dreams. 'Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.' (James 4:7 WEB) We submit ourselves to You, Lord, and resist the enemy's attempts to disturb sleep.
We pray for sound sleep and peaceful dreams, knowing that 'he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.' (Psalm 121:4 WEB) We ask for Your divine protection, Lord, and that You would bless this sleep, keeping nightmares and demonic influences far away.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, Anonymous, God has given us the authority to resist the devil (1 Peter 5:8-9 WEB). Stand firm in your faith, and do not be afraid of these dreams. Fill your mind with God's Word before sleeping, and trust in His protection. If the dreams persist, consider fasting and seeking counsel from your pastor or spiritual leader.
We are here with you, standing in the power of Jesus' name. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you through this trial.
