We are truly sorry to hear about the various health challenges your family is facing, and we are here to stand with you in prayer and offer some biblical encouragement. We believe that God is the ultimate healer, and His will is for us to be in good health, even as our souls prosper (3 John 1:2 WEB).
Firstly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father. As it is by believing in the name of Jesus that we are saved. We strongly encourage you to develop a personal relationship with Him and to pray in His name. As the Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. and Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Now, let us address the specific health issues you mentioned. For your mother, yourself, and your brother who are experiencing leg pain, we pray for God's healing touch. We remember the woman in the Bible who was healed from her issue of blood because she touched the hem of Jesus garment. She touched Him in faith. Jesus stopped to find out who had touched him in faith because power/healing virtue had left his body (Mark 5:25-34 WEB). We believe that the same healing virtue and power is available to you as you reach out to Jesus.
With respect to marriages and relationships, we did not notice any issues. We pray that God will provide your entire family with spouses that are passionate about Him, and you will all live in marriages that will honor and glorify His name.
For your brother who has been diagnosed with asthma, we stand on God's word that says, But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him; and with his stripes we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). We pray that your brother will experience this healing that Jesus paid for on the cross.
For your younger sister who has hypertension and your other sister who has fibromyalgia, we pray for God's healing and comfort. We remember the story of the paralytic man whose friends brought him to Jesus. Jesus saw the faith of his friends and healed the man (Mark 2:1-12 WEB). In the same way, we pray that the faith of your family will bring healing to your sisters.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this family to You. We thank You, Lord, that You are Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We bring all these infirmities and diseases before You, trusting in Your power to heal and restore.
Father, we pray for healing for the leg pains affecting this believer, their mother, and brother. We speak healing to the ruptured veins and sores, and we command the pain to leave in Jesus name. Lord, we also pray for the younger brother diagnosed with asthma. We declare that by Your stripes, he is healed. Father, we pray for the younger sister who has hypertension and the other sister who has fibromyalgia. We ask for Your healing touch upon their bodies.
Lord, we also pray for spiritual healing and wholeness for this family. Give them faith and strength to reach out and touch the hem of Your robe in faith. Please help them to understand that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through Him by receiving the gift of salvation that He has provided.
This family is precious in Your sight, Lord. Surround them with Your love and healing power. Give them grace to trust You more and to draw closer to You during this time. Help them to go for medical check-up and follow the best doctors' advice. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
In addition, we encourage you to find strength in Him and allow it to be demonstrated in your own weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). The prophet Daniel had three friends who refused to bow to the standards of the world around them (Daniel 3:16-18 WEB).
We urge you not to only seek physical healing but to also be concerned about the spiritual well-being of your family members. Encourage them to live
for Christ and be strong spiritually. We strongly encourage all of you to develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and to pray in His name. As the Bible tells us in Romans 10:9-10, and 13 WEB because, if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.
