We join you in lifting up your caregivers, co-residents, former co-workers, and all of their and your family members, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances. It's wonderful that you acknowledge God's sovereignty and that you desire His will to be done. This is in line with Jesus' instruction on prayer in the Lord's prayer.
Therefore, pray in this way:
Our Father in heaven,
may your name be kept holy.
May your Kingdom come.
May your will be done on earth as it is in heaven
- Matthew 6:9-10
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up each person that is on our hearts right now. We pray for caregivers, that You would strengthen them and give them wisdom as they care for those in need. We pray for co-residents, former co-workers, family members, loved ones, friends, and acquaintances. Lord, only You know the depths of their needs and the desires of their hearts. We ask that You would minister to each one, that You meet them at the point of their needs, and that You would draw them closer to Yourself.
We pray for those who may not yet know You, that You would reveal Yourself to them and that they may come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. We pray for those who do know You, that You would strengthen their faith and help them to grow in their relationship with You.
We ask that Your will be done in each of their lives, just as it is in heaven. We trust Your sovereignty, Lord, and we know that You are working all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to continue interceding for others, as this is a vital part of our Christian walk. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians 6:18:
"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints"
Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep believing in the power of prayer in Jesus Name.
