We are so grateful to join together in prayer for this request. Let us remember that God's will is always perfect and that He desires the best for each one of us. It is so important to pray for God's will to be done in all of our lives, as Jesus taught us in the Lord's Prayer (Matthew 6:10 WEB).
First, let us address that it is only in the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God.
Acts 4:11-12 WEB
11 This is the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner. 12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!”
Wherefore, God has also highly exalted him, and given to him the name which is above every name; 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this beloved individual to You. We pray that Your perfect will be done in their life and in the lives of all those they know and interact with. Give them the wisdom and discernment to understand and follow Your will, and help them to be a light to those around them.
Father, we also pray for the salvation of all those who do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself and open their hearts to receive the good news of the Gospel. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. Thank you for the blessed assurance of salvation and for the love, mercy, and grace you have lavished upon us. We pray for boldness and encouragement to share the gospel daily as you provide opportunities.
Lord, help us to remember that Your will is always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB). Give us the strength and courage to follow Your will, even when it is difficult or counter to our own desires. Help us to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God hears our prayers and that He is always faithful to His promises. Trust in Him, and seek His will in all things. Remember that our citizenship is in heaven, and it is to heaven we look as we await the return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us hold fast to the hope we profess and to the One who is able to keep us from falling and to make us stand, blameless and faultless, before His presence and exceeding joy (Jude 1:24 WEB).
