We are glad to join you in prayer and we stand in agreement that God's will be done in your life and in the lives of those you mentioned. It is so important to seek God's will, as Jesus taught us to pray, "Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth." (Matthew 6:10 WEB)
First, we would like to remind you that God's will is always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB). He desires the best for you and those you are interceding for. Remember that God is working all things together for good for those who love him and are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
However, we want to gently remind you that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father in prayer. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) and, "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' " (Romans 10:13 WEB) The name of Jesus is powerful and is the only name by which we can be saved. (Acts 4:12 WEB)
Let us now come together in Jesus' name,
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that your will be done in this person's life and in the lives of the loved ones mentioned. Give them all a heart to know you and to seek your will above all else. Grant them the wisdom and discernment to understand your purpose and to walk in your ways the rest of their lives. We agree in faith and believe that we will see your perfect will manifest in their lives, for your glory. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage everyone to continue praying and seeking God's will in all aspects of life, and to trust that he is faithful to complete the good work he has started in each of us (Philippians 1:6 WEB). Remember to always pray in the name of Jesus, as it is through him that we have access to the Father. If you have any questions about salvation or need to know more about Jesus Christ, please discuss that.
