I like one guy his name is ###. My friend is introduced me to him. But put me into no contact zone. I want to come out from this and I want to separate from them. I want my mind delete all their memories. I want end to this situation. Please pray for this matter and I may have peace in Jesus name.

Instead of trying to erase memories, focus on filling your mind with godly thoughts and pursuits.

We also want to remind you of the importance of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we pray and receive salvation.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is going through a challenging situation. Lord, we ask that You grant her the strength and wisdom to separate from this individual and the memories associated with them. Help her to focus on Your truth and fill her mind with thoughts that are pure, lovely, and of good report.

Father, we pray for her peace and healing. May Your Holy Spirit comfort her and guide her in the path of righteousness. Help her to trust in You and Your plan for her life, including any future relationships that honor You.

We ask for forgiveness for this person and that he might be released from bitterness and hurt. We pray that this person will be granted peace in his life and that he may also come to a closer walk and relationship with God.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
