We understand that you're facing financial difficulties and we're here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we notice that you mentioned the name of Jesus, which is wonderful because it is by Jesus that we have access to God.
Let's remember God's promise: No weapon that is formed against you will prevail (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
We need to encourage you to be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
However, we also want to remind you that while God cares about our needs. It is also important to be responsible with our finances. Let's consider these words:
For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. For we were not idle when we were with you, nor did we eat anyone's bread without paying for it. Instead, we labored and toiled night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you. Not because we do not have the right, but to make ourselves an example to you to follow us. For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: "If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat." (2 Thessalonians 3:7-10 WEB)
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sibling in Christ who is in need. We ask that you provide for their cellphone bill, insurance bill, rent, and grocery expenses. We pray for your divine intervention and wisdom in helping us work for your kingdom and have discernment regarding finances. Give us the strength and guidance to be responsible with our money and to trust in you for our needs. Help us to be a blessing and help to others also.
We ask for your grace and peace to be upon them during this time of need. We trust in your promises and know that you will provide for all of our needs according to your riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). We rebuke any spirit of poverty, lack, or fear, and we proclaim your abundance and provision over their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Let's continue to trust in God and His promises, while also being responsible with our finances. We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and to follow His guidance in all areas, including your finances. Remember that God is faithful and He will provide for all of your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Also, although writing and praying a name repeatedly is not wrong, we do want to encourage you to have a relationship with Jesus Christ. To talk to him and trust him with all your heart. The name of Jesus is powerful and we want to know him as a person and as our Lord. It is for God to visit you in a special way and to have a very personal relationship with him. God has a plan for your life and we want to encourage you to follow His guidance in all areas of your life. Continue to trust in God and His promises, and remember that He is faithful and will provide for all of your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
