We are grateful for your prayer request and the opportunity to intercede on your behalf. We stand in agreement with you, asking God to protect and guide you according to His will. It's wonderful that you acknowledge the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
We encourage you to continue calling on the name of Jesus, not just for a specific amount of time each day, but throughout your daily life. It's not about the quantity of time, but the heart's persistent desire to be connected to Him. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB: "Pray without ceasing."
While journaling can be a beneficial spiritual practice, we must be cautious not to turn it into a ritual or a way to manipulate God's hand. God is not a genie who appears because we write His name a certain number of times. He is a loving Father who desires a genuine, heartfelt relationship with us. As it is written in Jeremiah 29:13 WEB: "You will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your protection and guidance over our brother/sister in Christ. Lord, guide them in Your truth, and teach them Your ways, according to Your Word, as written in Psalm 25:4-5 WEB: "Show me your ways, Yahweh. Teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth, and teach me, for you are the God of my salvation, I wait for you all day long."
Father, we ask that You grant them a deeper understanding of Your love and the power in the name of Jesus. Help them to grow in their faith, to trust in You, and to call on You continually. We have only one way to cleanse ourselves or anyone else from sin and that is the blood of Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to trust in God, knowing that He has a plan and purpose for your life. Keep calling on Him, and He will direct your paths as you seek Him with all your heart. Be encouraged by the words of Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
