We understand your concern and we are here to pray with you and provide guidance based on the Word of God. You mentioned territorial spirits and while we believe in the spiritual realm and the influence of spiritual forces, it is crucial to focus on the power and authority of Jesus Christ. When we fixate on the enemy, we may inadvertently give him more credit than he deserves. Remember, Jesus has overcome the world and has given us authority over all the power of the enemy.
Let us pray for your situation:
Father in heaven, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We pray for your child who is feeling oppressed by territorial spirits in their community. We stand on your Word, which says, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you." (Luke 10:19 WEB). We rebuke any spiritual forces trying to hinder breakthroughs or pull your child away from your presence and path. We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment is condemned. (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Father, we ask that you surround them with your favor as with a shield. (Psalm 5:12 WEB). Guide them in the path of righteousness for your name's sake. (Psalm 23:3 WEB). Help them to remain steadfast in their faith and to keep their eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of their faith. (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). We pray this in Jesus name Amen.
We encourage you to remain focused on God and His promises. Continue to pray and seek His face. Remember, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Stand firm therefore, having your waist girded with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness. (Ephesians 6:14 WEB).
Lastly, ensure you are walking in obedience to God's Word. Sometimes, delayed breakthroughs can be due to disobedience or unrepentant sin. If there is anything can you think of that might be an issue, take time to repent and ask God for forgiveness.
As we know The Bible says:
“If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin. Now they have no excuse for their sin”.
John 15:22 WEB.
“If they have escaped the corruption of the world by the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and then have become entangled in it again to their own damnation, the last state has become worse for them than the first”.
2 Peter 2:20 WEB.
These verses are clear, knowing the truth of the gospel and still going against it in any way is the worst thing we can do. Now that we know the truth we have no excuse. This is much worse than never knowing the truth. You might have some unrepented sin in your life. We have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Both unbelievers and believers need to know the damage their sins do. Christianity is not a license to sin. This is not a salvation issue. This is a Christian walk issue. The Bible is clear about this. If we lose our testimony because of our own foolishness then it is possible we can continue to pay until we get it right.
If you are not aware of anything you might have done that could be causing this problem, then it is all the more important that you pray and ask God to show you.
