Let's address the issues you raised one by one. Concerning your marriage, we want to remind you of the sanctity of marriage as designed by God. As seen in the book of Genesis, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh Genesis 2:24 WEB. We encourage you to pray fervently for your marriage, seeking God's guidance and wisdom. If there are any ungodly behaviors or unfaithfulness, now is the time to repent and turn to God and fix those issues. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly and gave himself up for it Ephesians 5:25. This verse emphasizes the love and sacrifice that should be prevalent in marriage.
Regarding your workplace issues and financial struggles, we encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing. Be content with such things as you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you Hebrews 13:5 WEB. Also, Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this, says WEB, of Armies, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough for Bring you all the tithes, the tenth of your earnings, into the storehouse, the Temple storeroom. Test me in this. I will open the windows of Heaven and pour a blessing upon you without measure. Malachi 3:10.
We also want to encourage you to trust in God's timing concerning the job interview and the exam you mentioned. Commit your way to WEB, Trust also in him, and he will do this Psalm 37:5 WEB. He will direct your paths and grant you the desires of your heart as you delight yourself in Him Psalm 37:4.

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is going through tremendous challenges in their marriage, workplace, and personal life. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, guidance, and provision.
Father, we pray for their marriage. Strengthen their bond, help them to love each other as You loves us, and grant them the wisdom to navigate their differences and challenges. Help them to be faithful to each other and to You.
Lord, we also bring their workplace issues before You. We ask that You grant them favor in their current job and open doors for new opportunities that align with Your will. We pray for their loan to be settled and their financial needs met. Provide for them, Father, as only You can.
Lord, we also pray for their upcoming exam and interview. Grant them wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. May Your favor go before them and open the right doors for them.
Finally, Father, we pray for their walk with You. Draw them closer to You, Lord. Help them to know You more and live a life that pleases You.
