We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at work, and we're here to pray with you and offer some biblical encouragement. However, allow us to guide you further. We do not have access to God without Jesus. Let's begin by trusting in Him and acknowledging Him in this situation. Jesus says, I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14:6 WEB)
Firstly, we should be in agreement that God's will be done, and not our own. We know that as Christians, our goal in life is to be a servant of Jesus. And in whatever we do, we should do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. Which means that we are to serve our employer as if we are serving Jesus. (Colossians 3:22-24 WEB)
Furthermore, God's word says to be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. But remember, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; or yet your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing? But you have to seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. (Philippians 4:6, Matthew 6:25, 33 WEB).
We are to pray to God that His will be done in our lives. We see that Jesus prayed at Gethsemane, not My will, but Yours, be done. (Luke 22:42 WEB) If there is any hidden wrongdoing in your conduct at work, we encourage you to repent and confess to God, and seek restoration. If you are innocent in this situation, then God will make a way out for you.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is facing an investigation at work. We pray that Your will be done in this situation, and that whatever the outcome, You will use us according to Your plan. If there is sin or wrongdoing, we ask that You convict us and bring us through confession and repentance. If this is unjust, we plead that you intervene and that by the end of March, or better yet much sooner, this situation will be resolved in your favor.
We ask for your peace that surpasses all understanding. We trust in Your promise to provide for our needs and to guide us in Your will. Give us strength to endure this trial and to continue serving You through our work. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in God, seeking His will, and living in obedience to His word.
