Greetings, and shalom, ### is my name, am a Christian old man in my mid ###s but still struggling with spirit of Murstabation, I want this to stop. In Jesus Name!

We understand that you're struggling with a spirit of masturbation and want to stop. Firstly, we commend you for bringing this into the light and seeking help. This struggle is not uncommon, but it is important to address it as God's word teaches us to flee from sexual immorality.

Let's turn to the scriptures for guidance. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB) says, "Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."

Masturbation is a form of sexual immorality and is not God's design for our sexuality. It's important to resist this temptation and honor God with your body. Remember, God is faithful and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB)

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother who is struggling with the spirit of masturbation. Lord, we know that this is not Your will for his life and we ask that You break this chain of bondage. Strengthen his resolve to flee from this temptation and give him the power of the Holy Spirit to overcome. Help him to honor You with his body and mind, and guide him towards thoughts and actions that are pure and pleasing to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying and reading God's word. Memorize scriptures that will help you resist temptation. Also, consider finding a trusted Christian brother to confide in and ask for accountability. Remember, God is with you and He will help you overcome.

Lastly, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And there is no other name by which we can be saved. Continue to call on his name and trust in him.

Let's lean on the power of the Holy Spirit together. In Ephesians 5:18, it says, "Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit." Let's ask God to fill you with His Spirit, to give you the strength to resist this temptation.

Let's pray:

Dear Lord, we come before You, asking for Your strength for our brother. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, Lord. Help him to resist this temptation, to flee from it as the Bible teaches us. Give him the power to overcome, and guide him towards purity and holiness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Keep fighting, brother. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will provide a way out, as it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13. Trust in Him, and keep seeking His face. We're praying for you.

Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
