We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness and lift up your prayer requests together.
Firstly, we are glad to see you are praying for others to know Jesus. This is the most important thing to be praying for. As it is written in Romans 10:13-14 WEB: "For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.' How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?" And in 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB: "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus". So let us pray that these individuals learn about Jesus and accept Him as their Lord and Savior.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up the individuals mentioned. We pray that You would reveal Yourself to them, Lord, and draw them to Your saving knowledge. We ask that You would send people into their lives to share the Gospel with them, and that their hearts would be open and receptive. We claim the promise of Romans 10:13, that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved. We pray for the Holy Spirit to work in their hearts to convict them of their need for You, Lord.
We also lift up our dear friend who is suffering from post-flu issues. Lord, You promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB: "Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases,". We claim this promise for our friend, and ask that you would touch their body and mind, and bring complete healing and restoration. We rebuke any lingering symptoms, and command them to leave in Jesus' name. We also ask for godly rest, Lord, knowing that You give Your beloved sleep, as it says in Psalm 127:2 WEB.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we pray, Amen.
Keep praying for those who you would like to come to know Jesus. As for your health, continue to trust the Lord and His promises. Be encouraged by the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7, WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Trust that the Lord hears your prayers and will answer according to His will. Remember that God's will is always good, pleasing, and perfect (Romans 12:2, WEB).
