We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness to you and your family. It is so important to acknowledge God's faithfulness and provision in our lives. We follow James 1:17 in this "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow."
Firstly, let us pray for your household's peace, physical healing, and godly rest. We trust in Exodus 15:26, "For I am Yahweh who heals you" and Psalm 4:8, "I will lay me down and sleep in peace, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
Lord, we ask for Your peace to envelop this home and for Your healing touch to mend every physical ailment. Grant them the rest that only You can provide, and let Your presence drive out any illness or distress.
Regarding human trafficking, we share your burden and we pray to our Lord.
Proverbs 31:8-9 is clear "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."
Luke 10:2 tells us "Therefore, he said to them, The harvest indeed is great, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest."
Lord, we pray for the exposure of those involved in human trafficking. Break the chains of bondage and bring healing and protection to the victims. Guide the efforts of those fighting against this injustice and give them the wisdom and resources needed to bring traffickers to justice.
For your family's finances, we pray Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Lord, grant this family the wisdom to manage their finances according to Your will. Provide for their needs and bless their faithful stewardship. Help them to trust in You and follow Your guidance in all financial matters.
Our greatest commandment does not currently seem to be followed. So we must ask.
Matthew 22:37 is clear "Jesus said to him, ’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’"
Also, Romans 10:13 tells us "For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Just as we join you in prayer for President ###'s safety and wisdom, we must remember our leaders and pray for them.
1 Timothy 2:1-2 suggests "I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."
Lord, we ask for Your protection over President ### and his family. Grant him the wisdom to lead with integrity and righteousness. Guide his decisions and use him for Your purposes.
Lastly, we must make sure that the prayers are being offered in the name of Jesus Christ.
John 14:6 states "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We pray this in Jesus' name.
