We understand your desires for marriage, favor, and blessings, and we stand with you in prayer. Firstly, we want to commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is written, For there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Let us address your concerns and pray together.
Firstly, know that God has a plan and a purpose for everything, and His timing is always perfect. Wait on Yahweh. Be strong, and let your heart take courage. Yes, wait for Yahweh (Psalm 27:14). As for the "bad luck" you have experienced in your lineage, remember that God does not work by luck but by His divine will and blessing. Those who trust in Yahweh will be as Mount Zion, which can't be moved, but stays forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so Yahweh surrounds his people from this time forth and forevermore. For the scepter of wickedness won’t remain over the land allotted to the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands to iniquity. (Psalm 125:1-3). Trust that God can bring an end to any negative patterns or curses in your lineage.
Regarding your request for a spouse, we pray that God will bring you together with someone who is intentionally seeking Him and His kingdom. Be clear though that a spouse completes you only in the sense of becoming one flesh as part of God's design, but only Jesus completes your spiritual destiny.
Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? (2 Corinthians 6:14-15).
We pray that God will grant your brother the wisdom and strength to lead his family well, and that he will be blessed in all his endeavors as the head of his household. Remember that true leadership comes from serving others and following Christ's example. But Jesus called them to himself, and said, You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. Not so shall it be among you: but whosoever would become great among you shall be your servant (Matthew 20:25-26).
We also lift up your family, job, and education to the Lord, asking for His favor and blessing. Trust that God has a plan for each of these areas and that He will provide for all their needs according to His abundant grace.
Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, even as your soul prospers. (3 John 1:2).
Finally, we want to clarify that while you mentioned EL-ROI, which means "The God who sees me," it is important to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father. Let it be known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. (Acts 4:10).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother ###. Lord, we ask that You break any siege of marital delay in his lineage and grant him the desires of his heart in Your perfect timing. Connect him with a spouse who is also seeking You and Your kingdom, that they may become one flesh and glorify Your name together.
We pray for his brother, that You would guide him as the head of his household and grant him wisdom, strength, and success in all his endeavors. We lift up ###'s family, job, and education to You, asking for Your favor and blessing in each of these areas.
Help ### to trust in Your timing and to seek You with all his heart. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
