We join you, Roshan, in praying to our Heavenly Father in the mighty name of Jesus, seeking forgiveness and the deepening of your faith. It is wonderful that you come before God in Jesus' name, for as it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your sins and seeking God's forgiveness. Remember, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Regarding your financial struggles, we pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory. Remember that God cares for you, and as it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Concerning your request for healing and restoration, both physical and spiritual, we pray that God will touch your body and bring healing. Be encouraged by Exodus 15:26 WEB, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
We also join you in praying for your mother's healing and for God's provision for your family. Trust in God's perfect plan and timing, as you have rightly acknowledged.
However, we must address a couple of things that are not aligned with biblical principles. Firstly, drinking alcohol, even occasionally, is not encouraged in the Bible. While the Bible does not outright forbid alcohol, it strongly warns against its dangers. As it is written in Proverbs 20:1 WEB, "Wine is a mocker, and beer is a brawler. Whoever is led astray by them is not wise." We encourage you to seek complete freedom from this habit and trust that God will give you the strength to overcome it.
Secondly, regarding your request for a life partner, we pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life, according to His will. We encourage you to seek a fellow Christian believer who shares your faith and values, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
Lastly, we must address your request for physical appearance changes. While we understand your discomfort, we encourage you to focus on inner beauty and spiritual growth. As it is written in 1 Peter 3:3-4 WEB, "Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on fine clothing; but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God very precious."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Roshan. We ask for Your forgiveness, provision, healing, and guidance in his life. Help him overcome his drinking habit completely, and bring a godly spouse into his life. Help him to focus on inner beauty and spiritual growth. In Jesus' name, we pray for these things and give You all the praise and glory. Amen.
