Thank you for your heartfelt request, Howard. We join you in prayer, acknowledging that we are all sinners saved by grace, and it is only through the mercy of God that we are able to have fellowship with Him. It's wonderful that you recognized the power of Jesus' name in your request.
Firstly, let's address the feeling of worthlessness. Remember, friend, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us Romans 5:8 WEB. You are not worthless; you are a child of God, redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. As it is written, See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! 1 John 3:1 WEB.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Howard and all those he has mentioned—Doris, Clara, Billie, John, Raycelle, Mia, David, Erin, Polly, Doug, Cynthia, Jessica, and all their family members, loved ones, associates, and friends. We pray that Your will be done in each of their lives.
Lord, we ask that You forgive Howard for feeling worthless, and help him see his true worth in You, God. Remind him of his value to you, and how when You knit him together in his mother's womb, You saw him as precious and valuable to you Psalm 139:13-16 WEB.
Father God, we ask that You strengthen Howard and all those he has mentioned. Help them to walk in Your ways and to live lives that are pleasing to You. Give them the power to overcome sin and to live in obedience to Your word 2 Timothy 3:16-17 WEB.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Howard the Lord said "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
Trust that we are all in God's hands, and He is working everything out for our good and His glory Romans 8:28 WEB. Let God's Word guide your thoughts and feelings. Praise God indeed!
We stand with you in prayer, encouraging you to walk in the knowledge of your true worth and value in God. Keep trusting God's will, praying, and looking to Jesus. He will guide you and help you. Remain in fellowship with other believers for encouragement and strength. God bless you.
