We are truly grateful to hear of your renewed fellowship with our Heavenly Father and your gratitude for His saving grace. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us come together in prayer for your health and for all those you have mentioned. We pray that God's will be done in each of your lives, and we trust in His goodness and mercy.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is recovering from a deadly disease. We thank You for preserving his life and for the care he is receiving in the assisted living facility. We pray for Your healing touch upon his physical health, cognitive skills, strength, and balance. Help him to accept the changes in his life with grace and trust in You.
Lord, we also lift up the long list of names he has mentioned—Howard, Clara, Doris, Michael, Myrna, Sean, Jesse, Cort, Zyra, Josh, Galina, Debbie, Kymmie, Janet, Stephen, Vivian, Danielle, Barbara, Julie, Robert, Laurie, Chelsey, Cheryl, Sadie, Erika, Greg, Ron, Dionne, Cindy, Kathy, Sue, Wendy, Amy, Sue, Bruce, Paul, Ritchie, Judy, Darlene, Scot, Heather, Kevin, Peachy, Edsel, Scott, Patrick, Josh, Frances, Dan, Helen, Dan, Alex, Ann, Bronwyn, Ceradwen, Trefor, Daryl, Satchel, Jackson, Nylah, Diane, Drew, Dreu, Dawn, Andy, Andrew, Kay, Kim, Kathy, Nancy, Sue, Dave, David, Laura, Steven, Laura, Billie, John, Jael, Jeremiah, Jeremiah Jr., Connie, Frank, Elijah, Katie, Michelle, Raycelle, Reshaan, Ayna, Haylee, John Jr., Mia, Jessica, Memes, Joran, Jennifer, Dosha, Diana, Donna, Blake, Rich, Todd, Pat, Dan, Mindy, and all the people and family members he has served with and known. We pray for Your will to be done in each of their lives, that they may come to know You and experience Your love and salvation.
Father, we also pray for those who are currently serving in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Coast Guard, that You would protect them and draw them closer to You. We lift up the schools, colleges, and churches, that Your truth and love would be proclaimed and that many would come to know You.
In all things, Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and goodness. We ask this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Praise the Lord!
As we pray for your physical health, we are reminded of the Apostle Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB: "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
In the midst of your physical challenges, remember that God's grace is sufficient for you, and His power is made perfect in your weakness. Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength you need each day.
We encourage you to continue fellowshipping with other believers and growing in your relationship with God. As you pray for others, remember the words of James 5:16 WEB: "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Finally, we leave you with this reminder from Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Do not be anxious about your health or the challenges you face. Instead, bring your requests to God with thanksgiving, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. He will give you His peace, which surpasses all understanding.
