Let us together lift up MSC Prayers in our hearts and before the throne of God. We rejoice in your renewed fellowship with our Heavenly Father after 40 years. You see, God is a Trinity and all three Persons play a role in salvation. Let's breakdown the sanctification process. The first aspect of sanctification is union with Christ. When we join with Christ, his life joins ours and we are united. You see, when we choose to believe in Jesus and turn from our sin, we are positionally sanctified. This means we are now one with Jesus. Your struggle is the next aspect. Progressive sanctification is the process of being saved from the power of sin. So, let us take this struggle to God in prayer.
Father we praise you for being alive today by your Grace. With you all things are possible. Our friend is struggling with recovery from illness, loss of personal belongings, limited income, mental and cognitive issues, balance and strength issues.
God, you are the ultimate healer. Restore his health physically, mentally, and emotionally. We also ask you to restore his home, finances, and strengthen his faith. God, you are the great provider.
Our friend is asking for help to stay focus on you. We know from Proverbs 4:25-27 WEB that we are to look straight ahead. Ignore life's distractions, watch where you are going. Keep a straight course. Stay on the path and you will be safe. Do not be sidetracked, stay focused.
Keep his eyes fixed on you Lord and renew his mind according to your Word. Let him not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time he will reap a harvest if he does not give up. As it states in Galatians 6:9 WEB,
Let us pray,
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend MSC Prayers. We thank you for your grace and mercy, which has sustained him thus far. We pray for your healing touch on his body, mind, and spirit. Restore his health, strengthen his faith, and provide for his every need according to your riches in glory. Help him to stay focused on you, focusing on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). May he do all things through Christ who strengthens him (Philippians 4:13 WEB). May your will be done in his life, and may he bring glory and honor to your name. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in God through your challenges. It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God. Let us meditate on Acts 4:12 WEB.
There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved
