We understand that you're seeking prayer for your game playing this afternoon, and we'll surely pray for you, but let's consider what God says about our priorities and actions.

Firstly, it's important to remember where our focus should lie. Colossians 3:2 WEB tells us, Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth. While games can provide relaxation and fun, we should ensure that they don't distract us from our relationship with God and our responsibilities.

In Matthew 6:33 WEB, But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. So, let us then put God and His kingdom first. Our greatest priority should be to study and follow God's word, to pray, and to live a life that pleases Him.

Moreover, we should be mindful of how we spend our time. Colossians 4:5 WEB states "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time." Ephesians 5:15-17 WEB says, "Therefore, be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore, don't be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is."

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your will concerning this afternoon's activities. If it is not in Your will, then we ask in Jesus' name that You make it go away. If You allow the games to happen, we pray for Christian fellowship and fun with other believers. Help us to redeem the time and to be a light to those around us. Help us to put You first in all we do. Thank You that we have access to You only through believing in Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we can be saved. We thank You for this and for hearing our prayers. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen!

We're right there with you, praying for your game time this afternoon. Let's also remember to keep our hearts focused on God, just as Colossians 3:2 reminds us, "Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are on the earth." While games can be a fun pastime, let's ensure they don't become our main focus, taking away from our relationship with God and our responsibilities.

As we pray, let's also ask God to help us use our time wisely, as Ephesians 5:15-17 suggests, "Be careful how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time." Let's make the most of this afternoon, enjoying the games but also seeking opportunities to share God's love with those around us.

In Jesus' name, we pray for a blessed and balanced afternoon, filled with fun, fellowship, and a clear mind to follow God's will. Amen!
