Roshan, we join you in prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and mercy according to 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We are confident that your sins are forgiven and you are cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
We pray for a deepening of your faith and a stronger presence of God in your life, as you have requested. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 17:20, "Because of your unbelief. For most certainly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you."
Regarding your prayers for financial needs should be brought to God, but not always allowing them to be known to others. We encourage you to look at Matthew 6:1-4 which says, "Be careful that you don’t do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven. Therefore, when you do merciful deeds, don’t sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But when you do merciful deeds, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand does, so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly."
We are praying for your mother's healing and for God's protection over your family. We stand on the promise of James 5:15, "The prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
We address your drinking habit as it is a serious matter. The Bible warns against drunkenness in Ephesians 5:18, "Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit." We pray for God's deliverance from this habit and for you to walk in self-control, guided by the Holy Spirit.
Concerning your request for healing and restoration, we believe in the healing power of Jesus. We pray for your jawline and double chin to be restored according to His will.
We strongly encourage you to use the term spouse instead of life partner. We encourage you to not look for happiness in another person, but to trust God to make you happy. But if you have someone in mind, we encourage you to seek a God-fearing woman and enter into a courtship with the goal of a God-honoring marriage.
Lastly, we want to commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is the only way to access God according to John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Roshan in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for Your forgiveness, mercy, and blessing upon their life. Deepen their faith and work wondrous miracles for them. Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Heal their mother, watch over their family, and grant them deliverance from their drinking habit. Restore their health and bring their face back to its normal state. Guide them in their search for a spouse and help them to fulfill their responsibilities. Give them the grace to care for their mother and overcome every challenge. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing. We pray in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
