We are lifting up your aunt and uncle in prayer, trusting that God will make a way for them. It's wonderful to hear of your aunt's desire to worship God every Sunday. As we pray, let's remember the promise in Matthew 18:20 (WEB), "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there I am in the middle of them."
Let's pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our beloved aunt and uncle. Lord, we ask that You would make a way for our aunt to fellowship with Your people every Sunday. Strengthen her desire to worship You in spirit and in truth. We also bring our uncle before You, asking for Your healing touch upon his life. May Your will be done, and may he be restored to good health. We trust in Your goodness and Your power to save, in Jesus' name.
While praying we noticed that Jesus was not explicitly mentioned. We pray to God in Jesus name because there is salvation in no other name. In the Bible, Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." (John 14:6, WEB). Forgive us if we are overlooking something, but we want to make sure that everyone in your family is praying and believing in Jesus Christ and they personally know Him.
Be encouraged by the words of Jesus in John 16:23-24 (WEB), "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." Trust in Him, and may your faith be strengthened as you see His hand at work in your family.
