We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness to you and your family. It is so important to acknowledge God's faithfulness and provision in our lives.
Let's pray together for your household. Dear Lord, we ask for Your peace to envelop this family. We pray for physical healing and godly rest over each member tonight and every night. Grant them the rest that only You can provide, a rest that renews both body and soul.
We stand with you in interceding for those trapped in human trafficking around the world. This is a dark and evil practice that grieves the heart of God. Let's pray, Lord, expose those who traffic humans. Bring them to justice and put an end to their evil deeds. Heal and protect those who are in physical bondage. Provide a way of escape for them and bring them into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
As for your growth in trusting the Lord, remember what the WEB says in Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Father, grant this dear one increased trust in You. Give them Your wisdom and blessings in their family's finances. Guide them in every financial decision and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.
We also lift up President Trump and his family. Whether we agree with every political stance or not, it is important that we pray for the leader of the country. Regardless, we need to pray for his salvation if he is not already saved. We all need the wisdom that only comes from God, especially those making decisions on a world-wide scale. It is only through Christ that we have access to God. Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
Finally, we echo your prayer for godly rest. In Jesus' name, we ask for rest that renews, rest that heals, rest that empowers you to serve God more effectively. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28-30, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
As we have included the name of Jesus Christ in this response, we need to remember that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God and be saved. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher? And how will they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Good News of peace and bring glad tidings of good things! But they didn’t all listen to the glad news. For Isaiah says, Lord, who has believed our report? So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
