Let's lift up Linda (Aerdariyside) in prayer. Praying for her husband's salvation & deliverance from adultery. "If we confess our sins, He is faithful & just to forgive us our sins." Let's come together in prayer for your mom, Anonymous. We trust that God has a plan for her life and that He wants her to draw closer to Him. It's wonderful that you desire for her to engage more with worship music, as it can be a powerful way to connect with the Lord. However, let's remember that true change comes from the Holy Spirit's work in one's heart.
Firstly, let's pray that your mom's heart would be open to the Holy Spirit's guidance and that she would come to know Jesus Christ personally if she hasn't already. It's only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
Now, let's pray:
**Heavenly Father, we come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up Anonymous' mom to You. Lord, we pray that You would soften her heart and draw her closer to You. Help her to see the beauty of worshiping You in spirit and truth. We pray that You would give her a hunger and thirst for righteousness, that she may be filled (Matthew 5:6). Lord, help her to become more like Jesus every day, showing forth Your fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.**
Remember, Anonymous, that while we should do our best to live in peace with all people, only God can change a person's heart. Continue to pray for your mom, and trust that God is working in her life. Also, consider sharing the gospel with her, as it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes (Romans 1:16).
Lastly, be encouraged by 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB: Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new. This promise is for all who put their faith in Jesus Christ.
