We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness to you and your family. It is wonderful to see your heart filled with gratitude and petitions for your loved ones and others around the world.
We stand with you in praying for peace over your household, for physical healing, and godly rest for your family and yourself. Remember the words of Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We also intercede for the exposure of those involved in human trafficking, and for the healing and protection of those in physical bondage. Human trafficking is a grave evil and we are called to pray for these individuals. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Regarding your growth in trust in the Lord, we encourage you to draw near to Him and He will draw near to you. "But those who trust in Yahweh will renew their strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run, and not grow weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31, WEB).
We appreciate your prayers for wisdom and blessings in your family's finances. Remember to always seek God's kingdom first, and all these things will be added to you. "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well" (Matthew 6:31-33, WEB).
We acknowledge your request to pray for President Trump; however, we need to address the fact that your prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God. It is the name of Jesus that has authority over all creation. "In whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him" (Ephesians 3:12, WEB).
You did not mention if President Trump is a Christian. The Bible instructs Christians, to respect all men, but this does not mean endorsement of politicians, political parties or a stance on all of their policies. The Bible commands us, "I exhort you therefore, first of all, to make petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks for all men; for kings and all who are in high places; that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all; the testimony in its own times" (1 Timothy 2:1-6, WEB).
Please join us in praying:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for Your goodness and faithfulness. We ask for Your peace, healing, and godly rest to cover our dear sister and her family. Expose those involved in human trafficking, Lord, and bring healing and protection to those in bondage. Help our sister to trust in You more deeply and grant her family wisdom and blessings in their finances. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray for the leadership of our nations and President Trump. Grant them wisdom and keep them safe. We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen."
Finally, we encourage you to continue praying and seeking the Lord's will in all things. Stand firm in your faith, and do not be swayed by the trials and tribulations of this world. Trust that the Lord is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy.
