Please say a special prayer for my job I have been with the company ### years, we have new leadership who have now requested restructure in order to keep our jobs we submit to psychometric assessments...which I am not good at, please pray for me that I am successful

with these test. I will be assessed tomorrow at ###. Please pray that God will spare my job till my pension increases I have an ### year old to get through school too, as a single parent.

We understand your concern and the importance of this situation for you and your family. Firstly, let's remember God's promise in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God cares about every detail of our lives, including our jobs and provisions.

However, we want to remind you that success is not solely based on our own strengths or weaknesses, but on God's grace and His plans for our lives. As it says in Psalm 75:6-7, "For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes lifting up. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another."

Let's pray together:

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear ### who is in need of Your divine intervention. They have been a diligent worker for ### years and now face new challenges with restructuring and assessments. Lord, You know their struggles with such tests, and we ask that You grant them wisdom, understanding, and a sound mind to navigate through this process.

We also pray for their job security, knowing that You are the provider and sustainer. Remember their financial needs, especially for their child's education, and we ask that You provide for them until their pension increases.

Lastly, Father, we pray for their peace and comfort during this time of uncertainty. Remind them of Your sovereignty and love, and help them to trust in You. We pray this is Jesus Christ, Your Son, our Lord and Savior's name. Amen."

We also encourage you to trust in God's plan, knowing that He will provide for you and your child, just as He has promised in Matthew 6:25-34, reminding us not to worry about our lives, what we will eat or drink; or about our bodies, what we will wear, or worrying about tomorrow.

Lastly, we must remember it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God. If this is a reminder to you then use this time to get back in the word of God or come to Jesus Christ for the first time as your Lord and Savior.

We're right there with you, holding you up in prayer. We know it's tough, especially with a child depending on you, but remember, God sees you. He knows your struggles and He's got this.

Tomorrow's a big day, and we're asking God to give you clarity, calm, and confidence as you face these assessments. We believe that God will equip you with everything you need to navigate through this. We're claiming Psalm 31:15, "My times are in your hands." We trust that God will order your steps and guide you through this process.

We're also asking God to protect your job until your pension increases. We're believing that God will provide for you and your child, just as He's promised in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, our rock and our fortress. We're praying this in Jesus' name, amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. We continue to uphold you in prayer, dear brother or sister in Christ, as you navigate this challenging time in your workplace. Thank you for allowing us the honor of praying on your behalf. We are truly glad that you invited us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.

As you have now gone through the psychometric assessments, we are hoping and believing that God has granted you the wisdom and discernment you needed to navigate them successfully. We are trusting that He has seen your faithfulness over the 29 years you have served your company and will reward your diligence.

If you have seen a favorable outcome, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please share a praise report so that we can all rejoice with you and give thanks to God for His goodness.
