We understand that you are seeking guidance for employment that aligns with God's will for your life. It is wonderful that you are looking to the Lord for direction.
Firstly, let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your guidance for employment. We know that You have a plan and a purpose for each of Your children, and we trust that You have the perfect job aligned for them. Give them discernment and wisdom as they search, and open the doors that You would have them walk through. We pray all these blessings in Jesus name.
Remember that God has a plan for you, and He wants to prosper you and give you a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Always be ready to share the hope that is in you remember that it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can come to God (John 14:6) and be saved (Acts 4:12).
Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day (Matthew 6:34).
We encourage you to spend time in prayer and in God's Word, seeking His face and His will. Trust that He is working behind the scenes, orchestrating events for your good and His glory. Do not be discouraged if the job does not come immediately. God's timing is perfect, and He may be using this season to draw you closer to Him and prepare you for what is ahead. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose (Romans 8:28).
Finally, we want to remind you that whatever you do, work heartily, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. Your ultimate employer is the Lord Jesus Christ whom you are serving (Colossians 3:23-24).
We encourage you to keep pressing in and trusting God. He is faithful, and He will do it.
