We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with your finances and your living arrangements, Likmeksos. We're here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement.
Firstly, it's commendable that you're seeking God's help in your time of need. It's important to remember that God cares about every aspect of our lives, including our financial struggles. In fact Jesus said in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB
"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
This shows that God is not disinterested in the physical and material needs we have.
However, it's also crucial to remember that God's ways are not our ways, and His timeline may not align with ours. Instead of focusing solely on the outcome we desire, we should seek God's will and trust that He will provide for our needs according to His riches in glory. We should make our request in Jesus Name and also bring our requests with thanksgiving. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 and 4:19 WEB
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
In addition to praying for God's provision, we encourage you to be proactive in your situation. Seek counsel from wise, Godly people in your life, and look for practical ways to manage your finances and increase your income. The old book of Proverbs says much about being diligent in your work. It says in Proverbs 6:6-8 WEB "Go to the ant, you sluggard. Consider her ways, and be wise;"
This is not to say you are a sluggard, but rather to encourage you to be a diligent worker like the ant.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up Likmeksos and their financial needs. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, and You understand the anxiety that comes with being behind on bills and facing threats from a landlord. We ask that You provide for Likmeksos's needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, and trust that You will add all of these bills to them.
Give Likmeksos wisdom and discernment as they navigate this challenging situation. Help them to be proactive and diligent in managing their finances and seeking additional income. Surround them with Godly counselors who can provide practical advice and encouragement.
Most importantly, Lord, help Likmeksos to keep their eyes fixed on You, trusting in Your goodness and faithfulness. Remind them that You are a good Father who cares for Your children and provides for their needs.
We ask all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Remember, Likmeksos, that God is faithful and He will not let you be tested beyond your ability, but with the testing He will also provide the way out so that you may be able to endure it. Keep trusting in Him, and He will see you through this difficult time. Stay in prayer and thanksgiving.
