We are thrilled to join you in prayer as you embark on a new career path and seek blessings for your child's exams. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, aligning our hearts with His will.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Yeshua said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We believe that without Jesus, it is impossible to please God. Jesus also said in John 14:13-14 WEB : "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Let us therefore reach out to God the Father in the Name of Jesus Christ. Also Acts 4:12: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Concerning your career shift, we pray that God would guide your steps and bless your efforts. Remember that "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might" Ecclesiastes 9:10a WEB. Also, we know and believe that "The Lord shall guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, and make fat your bones: and you shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail" Isaiah 58:11 WEB.
God has a purpose and a calling for you, and we trust that this new career path aligns with His will for your life. We pray that you will find favor with God and man, and that your new role will be a platform for you to shine as light in the darkness. Be encouraged by Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men".
Regarding your little one's exams, we pray that God would grant them wisdom, understanding, and retention. We trust that "if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of the giving God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him" James 1:5 WEB.
We ask that God would help your child to recall all that they have learned and to approach their exams with confidence and a calm heart. James 4:8 WEB says: "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded."
Lastly, we want to leave you with this promise from God's Word: "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 WEB.
Let us pray.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother to You. Lord, guide him in this new career shift, bless him and shine Your favor upon Him. Help him to shine as light in the darkness, and to bring glory to Your name in all that he does.
Father, we also ask that You would bless his little one as they take their exams. Grant them wisdom, understanding, and a calm heart. Help them to recall all that they have learned.
Help our brother not to be anxious, but to trust in You with all his heart, and to lean not on his own understanding. In all his ways, may he acknowledge You, and You will direct his paths.
Lord, give our brother and his little one hope and a future.
We pray this prayer in the Name of Jesus Christ, the name above all names.
Amen.
