We are truly sorry to hear that you are experiencing betrayal and persecution. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and intervention in your life.
Let us remember Jesus Christ's words in John 16:33 (WEB):
Truly God knows your pain and will be with the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit.
"These things I have spoken to you, so that in me you may have peace. In the world you have distress; but have courage; I have overcome the world."
We hold on to the promise that God will never leave us nor forsake us, even in the most trying of times.
Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Jehovah delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:18-19 (WEB)
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who is experiencing betrayal and persecution. We thank you, God, for your faithfulness and for the promise that the Lord Jesus Christ has overcome the world. We are praying that you will heal his broken heart and grant him the courage to face these trials. Turn the hearts of those who persecute him, and let your love and forgiveness be manifested in this situation. Guide him through this storm, and let him feel your comforting presence. We have confidence that those who hurt him would be repentant and changed.
We pray in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen."
Take heart, for the Lord is with you. Trust in him, and he will strengthen your heart. We encourage you to read the Psalms for further comfort and encouragement. Also, let us remember what Jesus said:
"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect." Matthew 5:43-48 (WEB)
Stand firm in your faith, and know that the Lord is working all things together for your good. Romans 8:28 (WEB)
"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
