We join you in thanking God for His goodness and faithfulness to you and your family. It is wonderful to see your heart of gratitude and your intercession for others, even in the midst of your own needs. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His word.
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your goodness and mercy over this household. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:7, 'And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.' We ask for Your peace to fill every corner of this home and to rest upon each family member tonight."
"We also petition You for physical healing and godly rest. In Psalm 4:8, You tell us, 'In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety.' We claim this promise for this family, Lord."
"Father, we cry out to You on behalf of those trapped in human trafficking around the world. In Proverbs 31:8-9, You instruct us to 'Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy.' Expose the evildoers, Lord, and bring healing and protection to the victims. Give them rest."
"Lord, we ask for increased trust in You. In Proverbs 3:5-6, You tell us to 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.' Help this family walk in this truth."
"We also seek Your wisdom and blessings for this family's finances. In Matthew 6:31-33, You tell us, 'Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.' Give them this wisdom, Lord."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is by His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved. As it says in Acts 4:12, 'There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.'
In Jesus Christ's Name, Amen.
