Thank you, Anonymous, for bringing your prayer request before the Lord. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and it is wonderful that you acknowledge this in your prayer. As a group, we join with you in lifting up these petitions to God.
Firstly, we pray for Ademi's safety as he travels to his destination for this new business opportunity. We claim Psalm 91:11, "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways." May God's protective hand be upon him throughout his journey.
We are also reminded of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." It is wise that you seek God's discernment and guidance in all your endeavors.
Regarding the "secret prayer," we should be open and honest with God, as He knows our hearts and desires even before we ask (Matthew 6:8). It is important to pray in agreement and to be specific in our requests (Matthew 18:19).
You also mention asking for forgiveness of sins. Remember, according to 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." God's forgiveness is readily available to those who confess and repent.
Concerning the request for protection from the "evil eye" and enemies, we should focus on the spiritual battle and God's protection, rather than superstitions. Ephesians 6:11-12 reminds us, "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
Lastly, it is encouraging to see your faith in knowing that with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26). As you face various challenges this year, remember Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Ademi for a safe trip and a successful business contract. Guide him and give him wisdom in all his dealings. Forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Protect us from all evil and help us to forgive and live in peace with those we may have wronged. Strengthen us and equip us to face every challenge this year, knowing that through Christ, all things are possible. We pray this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
