We are truly sorry to hear about the humiliation you have been facing for many years. We want to remind you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Firstly, we notice that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ or even hint at it. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And it is only by the Son of God that we have salvation. For as the WEB says, there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Therefore, call on the name of Jesus Christ. Confess him as Lord and Savior and call upon him for salvation.
Now let us address your situation. We are called to share in Christ's sufferings, and we are also called to rejoice in them because they produce endurance, character, and hope. Know that your humiliation is not wasted, and God can use it for good. As it is written in Romans 5:3-5 WEB:
And not only this, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope: and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Remember that after Jesus Christ was humiliated, beaten, and crucified, he was resurrected and now he is at the right hand of God the Father. God will do the same thing for you, as it says in Psalm 73:23-24:
Yet I am always with you. You hold me by my right hand. You will guide me with your counsel, And afterward receive me to glory.
Let us pray together in Jesus' name:
Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you, lifting up our fellow believer who has experienced humiliation for so many years. We pray that you would be their comfort and strength in this time of need. We ask that you would give them the endurance to face each day with hope and a steadfast spirit. We claim for them the promise of Psalm 34:18 WEB, The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. and pray that you would give them a respite from their sufferings. We ask that you would guide them with your counsel and afterward receive them to glory. We pray all of this in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, dear believer. Know that the prayers of the righteous are effective and that our Lord hears your cries. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and run the race set before you with endurance.
