Firstly, we note that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. In Acts 4:12 WEB it says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We are saved by the name of Jesus Christ! When we pray it should always be in Jesus name.
Now, addressing your concern, we want to encourage you to trust God in this situation. We are called to do our work heartily, as working for the Lord, not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB). You have done your part by submitting the report; now, trust God with the outcome.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Bletchmouth. Lord, You know the situation they are facing regarding the report submitted to the gunotsav portal. We ask for Your divine intervention, that the report would be acknowledged and processed fairly.
Help Bletchmouth to trust in You and not be anxious. Give them peace that surpasses all understanding. We also pray that Bletchmouth will know You more and grow in Your grace, through Jesus Christ our Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is in control, and He cares for you. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).
