We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness to you and your family. It is wonderful to see your heart full of gratitude and your mind focused on the needs of others. We are reminded of 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you."
We stand with you in praying for peace and physical healing over your household. We trust in the promise of 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, even as your soul prospers." We also intercede for godly rest for your family tonight, knowing that rest is a gift from God, as stated in Psalm 127:2, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones."
We echo your prayer for the exposure of those involved in human trafficking worldwide. We cry out for justice, remembering Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." We pray for healing and protection over those in physical bondage, trusting in the Lord's promise in Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound."
We pray for your growing trust in the Lord, as stated in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We also intercede for wisdom and blessings in your family's finances, claiming the promise of Matthew 6:33, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, as told in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is His name that brings us to the throne of grace. If you believe in Jesus Christ you are saved as it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family. We thank you for your goodness to them and ask for your peace, healing, and godly rest to cover their household. We pray for your justice to prevail in the world, exposing the evil of human trafficking, and bringing healing and protection to its victims. We intercede for increased trust, wisdom, and financial blessings for this family. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
