We understand that you are feeling tormented and are struggling with spirits and a rebellious heart. First, we want to remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We also need to address an issue of the name of Jesus. You did not include the name of Jesus or any variant in your prayer request. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus we can do anything. It is only by the name of Jesus we can be saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can overcome anything, even death. We will be praying as if you had included the name of Jesus.
Let us pray together for your deliverance and surrender to God's will.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Celuongira who is feeling tormented and oppressed. We plead the blood of Jesus over their life and pray for their deliverance from any evil spirits that may be influencing them. We pray for the Holy Spirit to be the only influence on their life, not the world, not their flesh or desires, and certainly not the devil or any of his demons. We rebuke any monitoring spirits and command them to leave in the name of Jesus. We pray for Celuongira to have a willing and obedient heart, that they may overcome this rebellious heart and be fully surrendered to your will, Lord.
Lord, we know that you are always faithful to us. We can trust in your word. We also need to keep in mind that God has already given the church and believers all authority over these things. Luke 10:19 WEB says Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will in any way hurt you. We also have the armor of God. We need to put it on and wage war against these spirits and tendencies pragmatically by doing what the Bible says to do.
Father, give Celuongira the strength and courage to put on the full armor of God so that they can take a stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people. Ephesians 6:11-18 WEB.
Lord, we ask that you fill Celuongira with your peace and guide them in your truth. We pray for their complete restoration and freedom in Jesus' name. We ask that you use this trial to mold Celuongira more into the image of Jesus. We ask that you use this trial to advance the kingdom of God and the gospel of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Celuongira, remember that God is faithful. He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. When you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB. Stand firm in your faith and resist the devil, and he will flee from you James 4:7 WEB.
