We understand that you're facing a difficult situation with someone from your past who is now trying to bully you again. Firstly, let's remember God's promises in the Bible "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
First, we need to address the language used to describe this person. We should avoid name-calling and derogatory terms like "nasty pig". The bible advised this in Romans 12:17 "Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Be careful to do what is right in the eyes of everyone." WE. Let's remember that we are to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus taught us in Matthew 5:44 WEB.
It is not a coincidence that this person has returned. Let us stand bold in faith knowing that overcomers have the victory through King Jesus by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. God will deliver you from this situation. (Remember) Greater are those with you than those against you. (Remembering the story of Elisha; 2 Kings 6:16 WEB)
Pray this prayer along with Us: "Father our God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We bring this dear soul before You, who is facing a challenge with someone from their past. We do not ask you to fix the troublesome person's behavior but to give the requester the strength to endure this test and to espouse the character to keep from being moved so as to give glory to Your name. We ask You to grant wisdom and discernment, so that this situation may be handled with grace and love. Help them to remember to put on the full armor of God and protect themselves not only physical but especially spiritually.
We are confident that Your Word that says no weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that shall rise against us in judgment thou shalt condemn. In Jesus name deliver the petitioner from the hands of the bullying hands of the bullying person. God so loved this world that He gave Himself for them to have relationship as a believer believer with Him. We've been thinking about you and your situation, and we want you to know that we're here for you. It's tough to have someone from the past causing trouble again, but remember, God is always with you. Let's focus on what we can control - our response. Let's not sink to their level, but instead, let's show them love and kindness, just like Jesus would. It's not easy, but with God's strength, we can do it.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
