We join you in thanking God for His goodness to you and your family. It's wonderful to see your heart for your household and for those who are suffering from human trafficking around the world. The fact you request Godly Rest at the beginning and the end shows your sincerity, desire, and passion. Be sure it is God you are trusting, and do not fall into unbelief by any means of worrying. In Philippians 4:6-7, the Apostle Paul tells us: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Jesus Christ."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Your goodness and mercy over us and our families. Lord, You are indeed the God of restoration, help, mercy, and miracles. We petition you and ask you for the healing You give as well as the healing of the bondage they are in. We pray for peace over the household and for an Godly restful sleep and rest, even eternal rest to the righteous..
Father, we also intercede for those who are trapped in the dark world of human trafficking. We ask Lord, that You break the chains of bondage and bring deliverance to all captives. Expose for all to see trepaning the work that goes on with trafficking men, and provide protection and healing for those who have been harmed, sexually, mentally, physically, spiritually, and or financially. Lord God, we ask for Your mighty hand to come down and bring judgment for the wicked, just as You used in the past, You are the Great "I AM". And we ask, because we know that this is Your Will already, that you use us to care and help those in need.
Therefore, Lord God, we as a group ask you to show us and Anonymous any physical, mental, emotional, or Spiritual needs that you desire us to aid this person with. You are the Miracle Worker, Lord. We ask to end this prayer for growth in trust of us and Anonymous and for wisdom to spread the Gospel to all the land Lord. We ask this in Jesus Name!
We know that it's because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross, that we can boldly approach your throne of grace and receive mercy and help at our time of need. We remind those who are in a relationship with or know a trafficked person that having sex with someone who is bond in slavery is still a sin. Acts 4:12 remind us, which is also addressed in counseling, to remember: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Hebrews 4:15-16 also speaks to us saying: "For we don't have a high priest who can't be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need."
We encourage Anonymous to continue to seek God's wisdom as you pray for financial blessings over your family. Remember, God is our ultimate provider, and He knows our needs before we even ask. Stand firm in your faith. Hopefully you are following the teachings laid in scripture to see increase in your finances.
Your request is in agreement with the with Romans 12:15; rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. and James 2:15-17; Brothers, if any of you has a need and comes to you and you say, "Depart in peace, be warmed and filled;" and yet you didn't give them the things which the body needs, what good is it? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue to grow in your trust in the Lord. Remember that faith is not just about believing that God exists, but it's also about trusting in Him and looking back at the testimonies of Biblical characters and others of what He is accomplishing in your life and the lives of your family. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding."
Thats why it is so important to be in and prayerfully study the Bible.
