We stand with you in prayer, ###, and we appreciate your heartfelt request. We come together in the name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by His name that we have access to God the Father, as it is only through Jesus that we can be forgiven of our sins. His sacrifice on the cross and resurrection on the third day is our only hope for eternal life. God’s love for us is so deep that He sent Jesus to die for us, giving those who believe eternal life (John 3:16).
Firstly, we rejoice with you as you seek forgiveness and put your faith in Jesus. As it is said, “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9). Your faith is the victory that overcomes the world (1 John 5:4).
Regarding the worries and fears about your debts and the harassment you’re experiencing, God tells us, “Don’t be anxious for your life, what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will put on” (Matthew 6:25) as well as “You shall not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flies by day” (Psalm 91:5). Instead, you are to seek His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). God can perform the miracles you seek and provide the ### needed to overcome financial struggles. He provides for all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19).
God has promised to heal all who seek Him and fully believe He sent Jesus in response. Let Him heal your mom and strengthen her body as He is the True Healer and Sustainer. “He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on him, and by his stripes, we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5). He is also with your family, consistent with His promise in Matthew 18:20 that He is there when two or three of His followers are gathered in His name.
We should keep from getting drunk (Ephesians 5:18). “Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). The solution to life’s problems is found in spiritual health, not in the abuse of addictive substances. Drunkenness is sinful and gives us poor self-control. Having a drink once in a while is not wrong, but we should never be drunk or be an alcoholic since we should not be mastered by anything (1 Corinthians 6:12). So, we urge you, brothers and sisters, to keep increasing more and more how you should walk and to please God. The unclean acts of man should not be talked of among you. For it is right to see none of these things among you, but rather thanksgiving (Ephesians 5:3-4). God will cleanse your heart as you continue to make pure your heart by His standards. “Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God” (2 Corinthians 7:1).
Your longing to settle in life, have a family, and a godly spouse is a worthy desire. God will help you overcome all situations and provide the godly wife (Proverbs 19:14) you long for. We should be equally yoked with a Christian counterpart as He has designated for you (2 Corinthians 6:14). It is important to wait and give yourself to the spouse God ordained for you. For your future spouse thinks of the things of God, not the things of the world as our citizenship is found in heaven (Philippians 3:19-20). We should rest in Him and not force a relationship to happen. God is in control of all things and should be depended upon to help us find a spouse for you in His timing (Ephesians 4:1-2).
Praise the Lord for your prayers; we will pray for everyone on this site, as it is by the power of the community which one is healed. Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come to you asking for forgiveness of all sins and praying for help in overcoming the financial hardships weighing on ###. Lord, you are the giver and sustainer; we ask for your provision of ### to meet their needs, as you have promised to care for us as a good Father does. Please intervene and make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also pray for ###’s mother, asking for your healing touch and strength to be upon her. Be with her continually, Lord, and shower your blessings upon ###’s family, sister, her family, relatives, friends, and all those in need whom are in ###’s heart.
Help ### to walk in your path, Lord, and to overcome the drinking habits that have taken hold and we ask for strength to have discipline and control over these desires. Cleanse ###’s heart, Lord, so that there are no distractions while praying. Help them move beyond all situations and find the godly spouse you have ordained for them in your timing.
We endorse marriage as it is the lifelong commitment between a man and a woman modeled after that of Jesus to the church, and we do not endorse the relationships discussed earlier in this post. These relationships should be considered courtship with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer.
