Thank you, Likmeksos, for bringing your request before us and for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. We stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in your situation and grant you victory over your enemies.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Likmeksos in prayer. We ask, Lord, that You fight against their enemies and defeat them, just as You promised in Your Word: "WEB For Yahweh your God is he who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you." Deuteronomy 20:4
We also pray that You continue to work in Likmeksos' life, molding them into the image of Your dear Son, Jesus Christ. Grant them the strength, wisdom, and courage to face every challenge with faith and trust in You.
Lord, we know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Therefore, we put on the full armor of God, so that Likmeksos can take their stand against the devil's schemes.
In Jesus Christ name we pray, Amen.
We encourage you, Likmeksos, to remain steadfast in faith and trust in God. Remember that God is always with you and will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Continue to seek His will for your life and walk in obedience to His Word.
As believers, we are called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). While we seek God's protection and deliverance, let us also strive to forgive and show grace to those who wrong us, just as Jesus did on the cross.
Lastly, do not forget Jesus when asking things of God. Jesus is the only one who can inherit the promises of God. Jesus is the only one who can ask things of God. Jesus gave us the power to use His name in our prayers. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have right and access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can saved. IJN (In Jesus Name) has become common place and has lost its meaning. We also often commit the sin of omission of not stating or implying Jesus in a way that can be interchanged with God. Also, often statements by popular Christian bands, books, or publications will be quoted as the source of authority rather than the Word of God and the authority of Jesus. When this becomes a pattern, it is unacceptable.
Also, there are many other names ascribed to Jesus such as I AM, King of kings, Lord of Lords, Messiah, Savior, the bread of life, the light of the world, the door, the good shepherd, the resurrection, the life, the way, the truth, the vine, the rock, etc...
Here are a few scriptures that should be noted:
"But of the Son he says, 'Your throne, O God, is forever and ever, the scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your kingdom.
You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness; therefore God, your God, has anointed you with the oil of gladness beyond your companions.'"
Hebrews 1:8 WEB
"Jesus saith to him, I am the Way and the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
If ye had known me, ye would have known my Father also: from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and dost thou not know me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; how sayest thou, Show us the Father?
Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I say unto you I speak not from myself: but the Father abiding in me doeth his works."
John 14:6-10 WEB
"God, having raised up his Son, sent him to you first, to bless you, in turning away every one of you from your wickednesses."
Acts 3:26 WEB
It is hugely important that to maintain a close relationship with our heavenly father through Jesus Christ our Lord. He suffered and died on that cruel cross to take away the sins of the world and arise on the third day to defeat death forever and ascend to be with God. And that we seek His face regularly while communing with Him. We should always be read and prepared for when He comes back to resurrect and judge the living and the dead. Believe in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Repent of your sins and call upon Him in the Holy Spirit. Believe in Him!
"Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved."
Acts 4:12 WEB
