We are glad to pray with you and offer biblical guidance regarding your career, love life, and church life. Firstly, it's important to note that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, as Jesus taught us (John 15:16 WEB). Praying to Jesus is not taught in the bible.
**Career:**
Let's pray that God will guide you in your career, giving you wisdom and discernment in your decisions. Remember that whatever you do, you should work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men (Colossians 3:23 WEB).
"Father, please guide ### in their career. Give them wisdom and discernment, and help them to find fulfillment in their work. May they work heartily, as unto you, and prosper in all that they do. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
**Love Life:**
Concerning your love life, we pray that God will bring a godly spouse into your life if you are looking to marry. Remember to seek a fellow believer, as the Bible teaches us not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB).
If you are currently in a relationship, and this relationship is a courting looking towards marriage, we pray that you will both grow in godliness and commitment to each other and God.
"Father, please guide ### in their love life. If it is your will, bring a godly spouse into their life. Help them to be patient, to trust in your timing, and to grow in godliness. IJC Amen."
If you are in a relationship or contemplating entering into a relationship which does not align with biblical principles, such as same-sex relationships, cohabiting with someone of the opposite sex or fornication, we urge you to repent and turn away from this sin. The bible tells us that marriage is defined as a man and a woman (Mathew 19:4-5 WEB). Romantic relationships outside of the covenant of marriage do not align according to the principles stated in the bible (1 Cor 6:18 WEB). The bible tells us to flee away from these types of relationships.
**Church Life:**
Regarding your church life, we pray that God will help you to grow spiritually and find a place to serve and fellowship with other believers. Remember to be involved in a local church, attending regularly and using your gifts to serve others (Hebrews 10:25 WEB). The biblical church life as described in the bible is an in house meeting with other believers in your local community (Acts 2:42 WEB).
"Father, please help ### to grow spiritually and to find a place to serve and fellowship with other believers. Help them to be a blessing to their local church, and to be blessed by their fellowship with other believers. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep seeking God's will in all areas of your life. Trust in His timing and guidance. He has good plans for you, to give you a future and hope and a proper way to escape temptation (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Nothing is impossible for him.
Thank you for allowing us to pray for you.
