We join you in thanking the Lord for His goodness to you and your family. It's wonderful to see your heart full of gratitude and intercession for others. Let's come together in prayer and reflection on God's Word.
Firstly, we are reminded of 1 Thessalonians 5:18, "In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you." It's wonderful that you are thanking God for His goodness. Now let's also remember to thank God through Jesus Christ, as it's through Him that we have access to God. As it says in Ephesians 2:18 " For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father."
We join you in praying for peace, healing, and godly rest for your household. We remember 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." God cares for you and your family, and He wants to bless you with His peace and rest.
Regarding physical healing, we trust in Exodus 15:26, "For I am Yahweh who heals you." We join you in claiming this promise for your family.
Your intercession for those trapped in human trafficking is truly compassionate. We pray with you for their healing and protection. We declare Psalm 146:7 over them, "who executes justice for the oppressed, who gives food to the hungry. Yahweh frees the prisoners."
We also join you in praying for your family's finances. Remember Matthew 6:25-26, "Therefore, I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?" Trust in God's provision, and He will bless you abundantly.
Lastly, we rejoice with you in thanking God for Steve's good health. We pray for his continued well-being as Psalm 103:1-2 says "Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits,"
Lastly, we notice that your prayer does not invoke the name of Jesus. It is only by the name of Jesus that we are saved and have access to God as it says in John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." and as it reminds us in Acts 4:12 It is "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved!" Therefore, we encourage you to end all prayers with "In Jesus name" or an equivalent.
Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this beloved family. We thank You for Your goodness to them, and we ask for Your peace, healing, and godly rest to cover their household. Expose and break the chains of human trafficking, Lord, and heal those bound in captivity. Help this family to trust You more and bless their finances abundantly. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray.
