Roshan, we join you in your prayer, standing in agreement before the throne of God. We come together in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is by this name that we have access to God, so it is wonderful that you come in His name seeking forgiveness and help.
Firstly, let us address the issue of sin and forgiveness. As it is written in the WEB translation, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). So, let us confess our sins before Him, turning away from our wicked ways, so that He may heal us and restore us, as it was with the Jews in Babylon (2 Chronicles 7:14).
The one thing we need to rebuke in your prayer is when you mention alcohol. Even though you want to control it and only drink occasionally, we are warned to not look to other masters and alcohol can be a master. Ephesians 5:18 warns Don't be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit. We do not want to be living as we once did as children of disobedience (Ephesians 5:6). This also is related to your prayer life that you do not want to be distracted. If we turn from idols, and there is no alcohol involved in our lives, we can be assured God will never leave us (2 Corinthians 6:16-18).
Concerning your debt, remember that God cares for you and will provide for your needs. He knows your struggles and the harassment you face (Matthew 6:31-33). Trust in Him, for He has promised never to leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep praying and seeking His will. With respect to your request of ### rupees, while God can do anything, including performing miracles, it is also our responsibility to be wise stewards of our finances and work diligently (2 Thessalonians 3:10-12, Proverbs 6:6-11). God blesses and multiplies the work of our hands.
Regarding your mother's health, trust in His healing power. He is Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). Pray fervently for her, and remember that the effective, heartfelt prayer of a righteous man can accomplish much" (James 5:16).
For finding a spouse, trust in the Lord to guide you to the woman He has prepared for you. Be patient, and do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers, but search for a spouse that is compatible with you in Christ (2 Corinthians 6:14).

We come together in agreement for healing and restoration. Surround him with Godly community and friends. Help him to stay focused on you during prayer time. In Jesus' name, we pray that you would guide ### to the wife you have prepared for him. Guide them both to save themselves sexually until the covenant of marriage has been made. Help him to trust in the Lord with patience for Your timing. Give him peace beyond all understanding. We praise You for all that You are going to do in his family and the lives of others. By Your omniscience, help us all to prayer fervently for one another. We bless Your name, and we put our faith in you. We stand together against the enemy from harassment and any opposition his way.
