Roshan, we join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father, seeking His mercy and guidance in your life. We are reminded of Jesus' words in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Firstly, we commend you for coming in the name of Jesus, as it is only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6). We pray that you continue to grow in your faith and relationship with Jesus Christ.
Regarding your financial struggles, we remember Matthew 6:25-34, where Jesus teaches us not to worry about our needs, but to seek first God's kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that He will provide for us. We pray that God will provide for your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and that He will give you strength and wisdom to manage your finances. However, we must also remember that God wants us to work diligently and honestly (2 Thessalonians 3:10), so we encourage you to do everything in your power to responsibly address your debts.
We lift up your mother's health to the Lord, praying for His healing touch upon her. We claim Isaiah 41:10 for her, "Don't be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
We also pray for your struggle with alcohol. We remind you of 1 Corinthians 6:12, "All things are lawful for me, but not all things are expedient. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of anything." We pray that God will give you strength to overcome this temptation and that you will find freedom in Him.
Concerning your desire to find a life partner, we pray that God will bring a godly woman into your life, someone who shares your faith and values. We encourage you to pursue a relationship that aligns with biblical principles, seeking a spouse rather than just a partner. We remind you of 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship do righteousness and iniquity have? Or what communion does light have with darkness?"
Finally, we address your prayer for a cleansed heart. We claim Psalm 51:10 for you, "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." We pray that God will cleanse your heart and draw you closer to Him.
Heavenly Father, we lift up Roshan to You, praying for his financial needs, his mother's health, his struggle with alcohol, and his desire for a godly spouse. We ask that You will guide him, strengthen him, and draw him closer to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
