Prayer Request

I currently live in an amazing place where all of my friends are and I really rely heavily on them and my local church for my mental and spiritual health —but now my parents are in the process of moving which means leaving all of that behind. I really don’t know what to do about this. Please pray that we can stay where we currently living or at least avoid moving until next year when I’ll be an adult. And even in case we do move, please pray that the new area and its people/church are as good as my current one and that I’ll be able to stay connected with my old friends and church leaders. Thank you, and God bless!!!

We understand your concern about the potential move and the impact it may have on your spiritual and mental well-being. First, we want to assure you that God is always with you, no matter where you go. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5, "For he has said, 'I will never leave you nor forsake you.'"

If a move is necessary, we ask that You guide them to a new place where they can find a strong, Bible-believing church and a supportive Christian community. We encourage you to trust in the Lord's plan for your life. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

Lastly, we notice that your prayer request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is important to remember that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
