We are truly blessed to intercede for you, Wurvaang, as you express your heartfelt desire to surrender your life and your family to Jesus Christ. It is wonderful to hear you acknowledge your state and the holiness of God. Let us come together in prayer and reflection on the Word of God.
The Bible tells us, "For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23, WEB). Yet, in our acknowledgment of our sinful nature, we find hope and redemption in Christ. As it is written, "but God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8, WEB).
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with Wurvaang, who has humbly acknowledged their state and desires to surrender all to You. We ask that You hear their prayers, Lord, and grant them a new life through Your Son, Jesus Christ. Wash them clean, Lord, and make them whole for Your Glorious Name's sake. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit and guide them in their new life.
We pray that You strengthen Wurvaang's faith and increase their understanding of Your Word. Help them to lead their family in righteousness, so that they too may come to know You and walk in Your ways.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, Wurvaang, to continue in your faith and to grow in the knowledge of God. Remember, "Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB).
We also exhort you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to be baptized as a public declaration of your faith and a symbol of your new life in Christ.
May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you, now and forevermore. Amen.
